- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we do the cleaning and discover problems with gutters, we will take care of the issues and roll the cleaning price into the price of the full job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can schedule the job right away for simple cleaning. However, we prefer visiting with the customer first, making a connection, and understanding what issues the customer is having with gutters. We also examine the gutter system while on the property. We follow up with the estimate within 48 hours of our visit. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the job. We strive to be extremely efficient with the time between when we receive the client request and job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead gutter installer has been installing gutters and guards in Florida, Tennessee, and New Jersey for 6+ years. Our client solution lead has been in residential construction sales for 20 years.
