We had a birthday dinner for 10 at our home for my husband. Chef Brian was wonderful to work with. Very responsive to emails, great suggestions for meal choices and made the planning very easy. The day of the party he arrived right on time and ready to start. He was also very pleasant and chatty and accommodating as everyone was floating around the kitchen area throughout. We had planned for some dips to nosh on prior to dinner - a Tzatziki, hummus and spinach artichoke dip that were all sooo delicious! We had halibut for dinner and Chef Brian made a wonderful tiramisu for dessert. Everything was perfect! At the end of dinner, the kitchen was spotless - all dinnerware etc. was in the dishwasher or washed and put away. The counters, islalnd and stove were clean - as if he was never there. This was our first experience hiring a chef and I feel sure it won't be our last! Thank you again Chef Brian, you are the best!

My prices are for each person or hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to set up a phone call so the customer and myself can get to know each other. They can learn about me and I can learn about what they like to eat, and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out my first job at Bella Capri Pizza when I was 13. Since then I have done 2 years of home economics in high school , 2 years of vocational culinary school while in high school, and 2 years at Johnson and Wales University Culinary Arts School.
