I am a certified yoga instructor through a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training at Indigo Yoga studio in Caldwell, NJ. My philosophy is to meet my students where they are and align my instruction with their personal goals. Katrina is amazing. I’ve been working with her for a few weeks now to reduce tightness in my body. She knows her stuff and for me this is working better than physical therapy. She can stretch me deeper than I can do on my own. I love that she is available for home visits I am looking forward to continuing working Katrina

Katrina does amazing job with both of my kids- 3rd grader and Kindergartener! She is very knowledgeable in her subject, knows how to engage my kids and makes it very fun!! She was extremely professional, maximized the one hour weekly sessions, and developed a strong working and friendly relationship with our daughter.
