- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the process as simple as possible. We break this up into 2 categories: 1) Everyday jobs such as a Home Alarm or TV mounting we do not need a walk thru, just the basics, we can easily provide an exact price & installation window. 2) Larger projects we like to set up a meeting either at our offices or where ever you feel most comfortable so you can feel comfortable with us and what we represent. At our offices you can see our team attitude and core values at work naturally on a day to day basis. After that we can complete a walk thru of the property and involve architects, designers (if required) and go from there to bring your vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is fully trained and attends classes monthly to keep up with new technology, local and state codes. Most companies you come across will not require this, but we find this is essential to always keep an ever expanding knowledge of our industry and keep us above the curve.
