Chris is not only an exceptional teacher, but an amazing person that I am blessed to know. He truly cares about his practices and students, and goes above and beyond to guide you along the way. Chris' reiki meditation sessions are amazing! Each session is super relaxing and leaves me feeling refreshed and balanced. Chris is awesome at what he does and creates such a calming vibe. He also incorporates yoga stretches and breath practices to help with self-regulation. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I highly recommend Chris for his Reiki sessions! I recently had a session with him and it was absolutely fantastic. I noticed a significant reduction in my pain shortly after the session. The discomfort and numbness that had been bothering me for days began to subside. Chris's ability to channel the reiki energy exactly where it was needed is simply impressive🥰.
