Amazed with the quality and speediness of the project. We called initially to repair our leaky pipe from our shower, only to find more potential issues. They were able to install a new pipe, both toilet flappers, install a new shower strainer, and upgraded the shutoff valves as well.
We were able to use the shower again and took care of the slow drain in the tub also.
Nice discount for the extra work and to avoid any major issues down the road.

We had unusually low water pressure throughout the house and while I suspected the Pressure Reducing Valve might be the cause Mike also identified a broken Thermal Expansion Tank and a leaking shut-off valve. He replaced the PRV, Expansion Tank and the leaking shut-off valve. After these changes we now have 60psi throughout the house! We are so grateful that we no longer have to worry about a sudden drop in pressure while the washing machine or dishwasher are running!

I highly recommend Plumbing Doctor for your plumbing needs. Michael Holt was extremely responsive and professional. His assessments were practical and fair. Rather than continually repairing a 20 year old toilet “on its way out,”he suggested that I invest in a new one, which made absolute sense. He looked at some concerns I had with pipes under my sink and reassured me that they were in good condition. He doesn’t “find” problems to fix when there are none. He is easily accessible when needed and was willing to answer my most basic questions. He is friendly, professional, and highly skilled at plumbing. I will definitely call him again when plumbing issues arise.
