- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job or order is quoted individually based on their needs. You never pay for something you don't need. I believe that standard pricing overcharges some people for goods and services they may not actually need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to send some sample suggestions that we believe the client may be interested in and then speaking to them on the phone to get details. I find that often the customer needs help deciding and I want to help steer them in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking all of my life. I am also a competitive food judge. Taste my food. You will not be disappointed.
