What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full room design starts at $5,000. e-design starts at $1,800. For us to begin working an In-Person Site Visit is required with a $400 fee due prior to consultation. Once completed a detailed report will be provided within a 48 hour period.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start in the following order first: Discovery Call to determine we are a great fit. In person site survey that requires a payment of $400 for a detailed report of recommendations from an expert. Once you've booked for Full Service Design we would source the materials for your project, keep track of due dates, oversee the site to insure the work is being done and fulfillment of job.
