Vanessa was very easy to work with. Once the sample was complete and I requested changes, she made the changes and the centerpieces were perfect. The balloon garland for the welcome sign was a lot bigger than I expected. The icing on the cake was how she really showed up for me the morning of the event. When everything seemed to go wrong, her calming spirit helped calm me. I will definitely book her again!

I can’t sing her praises enough for making my Pinterest vision come to life! I sent Floating Designs a picture I found on Pinterest for the baby shower I was giving my sister-in-law. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have prices for all budgets. Items can be scaled down or made more grand depending on your budget. Price list is in my photos 😊
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the budget, inspiration pictures, or themes. After a budget is agreed upon I will create a mock up for your event so that you know what the balloons will look like approximately. Once Balloon colors and style is approved of, I will order all the equipment and The final payment is due the week before the event to ensure any leftover equipment is Ordered and ready as well as any transportation fees that are needed as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with making a balloon garland for my daughter and friends and decided to train myself to get better. I really enjoyed making the balloon creations and continued to grow
