- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are pretty standard and very comparable in my area. But, you can always ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we talk, I like to hash out all the particulars, so I know that my clients and I are on the same page. I can make suggestions if I think my client is not sure of what they want. But they are just that, suggestions. I won’t get my feelings hurt if they don’t want to go along with any suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified officiant. I have been in the customer service industry my whole life and have learned how to listen to what someone wants.
