I cannot say enough great things about Mighty Dog Roofing and their staff! I was looking into getting new windows and I went to a local home show event that showcased a bunch of different home remodeling companies. At the home show, I spoke with Doug. What really impressed me is that they were the only vendor at the event that weren't aggressive trying to earn your business. So we scheduled a consult with Matt and he came to the house and we went over different options and styles for the new windows. There was no high pressure sales and my husband and I felt completely comfortable moving forward with Mighty Dog. Once we locked in the order, the turn around for installation only took a few weeks. Which was impressive since some of the other companies we looked into weren't scheduling out for several months! Mike was here during the installation and he made sure the day ran smooth. All the guys we worked with were super cool, easy to talk to and shared a few good laughs! The overall process was very enjoyable and would love to work with them in the future! Everybody I dealt with at Mighty Dog was truly professional. Matt Hughes clearly went over the whole process and materials they would be using. Mike Stoever and the install crew were great quality install and clean up was phenomenal. Yard didnt even look like anybody was here. Highly recommend them.

Terrific company. Great people to work with starting with Matt Hughes and Mike Stover. Quality of the work was top-notch and Mike was always on hand to keep an eye on the roofing work and respond to any concerns we had. I would recommend Mighty Dog to anyone. Plus the price was right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely fair. One thing that is a little different is that we are a franchise, so all 120+ locations nationwide are all buying the same products and materials which gives us a great advantage on the buying power. We're able to offer extremely competitive pricing with high quality products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly, we need roughly 30 minutes to an hour with each new customer, we just simply grab some measurements, ask you a few questions, and give you a price. Super simple, if we need to schedule a follow up with you we will.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the highest level of install practices by Owens Corning roofing system. We are certified by all major manufactures.
