- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different pricing for weekdays and weekends. We offer 2nd service with discount. It is great to have 2 entertainers at your event for the price of one single person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We check date & time of the event and also number of the kids. After checking our availability, we send a quote to our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are member of QBN network, so we regularly attend workshops and tranings. We also train our staff on the same catalog.
