Vanguard ServicesI would highly recommend this service. Vanguard arrived on time and was extremely professional. Even while I was working remotely, they took that into consideration and kept the noise to a minimum. You couldnt tell I was getting work done.Vanguard services provided an excellent service. I had a leaky faucet and a shower issue where my water wasnt getting hot enough and it was repaired in such an efficient time. Once they were finished, Vanguard also left no mess and the area was just as I left it.Communication:- During the adjustment of the shower, Vanguard made sure to check in with me making sure everything was to my liking before leaving. They also communicated well with each other as well as their supervisor.Their professionalism left quite the impact on me and thats a big thing for me when booking services.Ill be sure to book Vanguard for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs and would suggest you to do the same!

The first time I called I was on the fence. My wife got them feom an internet list so I was wary. But they came out did a survey and gave a reasonable estima within a doable timeframe. They sent out Mike and he was awesome. He and his team did an efficwnt and effective job. There was a question i had a few days later they came back out went through everything and we were sent. Months later they were my first call when I needed a repair. Great team. Very efficient and accommodating.Update 3/25Sadly I have had to have many more encounters with Vanguard. Luckily they brought that same high level service each time. Bevon is a great team member. He explains everything thing that he woukd have to do to getvyou to your desired end. He gave options with costs and consequences. Thank you Vanguard Service.

Update: 6-Star Service - We used Vanguard for a 3rd time today. They had a tech out in the heatwave 2 hours after calling in the morning! They are fast and friendly. We still highly recommend them. Original: Our HVAC stopped blowing cold air while almost 100 degrees out. I called 3 companies. Vanguard was the only one to call back. Karen was wonderfully attentive and called back within 30 minutes to tell us we were scheduled for the next day. We were notified when the technicians were on their way, considerably earlier than scheduled. The techs were professional and polite and had our repair completed quickly. I am happily typing this from our ice-cold office! Thank you Vanguard!
