- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for our services vary based on the type of service/s needed for each event. We do not offer any special fees (discounts).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients will have a complimentary consultation with the lead planner and owner, Jeanette. The details of the clients event will be discussed at this time to see if we are a fit for each other and if we can fulfill the event needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience with a diverse clientele. I am certified in wedding and event planner as of October 2020.
