- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for our services vary based on the type of service/s needed for each event. We do not offer any special fees (discounts).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients will have a complimentary consultation with the lead planner, Jeanette. The details of the clients event will be discussed at this time to see if we are a fit for each other and if we can fulfill the event needs. Then our brochure or proposal of services will be shared with by the interested client. If ready to move forward contract will be signed with deposit provided to us and then the service starts with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience with a diverse clientele. I am certified in wedding and event planner as of October 2020.
