- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are listed on our website. If you rent a softplay package and the bounce house you can receive a 10% discount. - We have a delivery fee based on location for anything over 20 miles. - There is a $150 deposit to secure the date, which is returned once equipment is checked and cleaned. -Our parties are 4-hrs long but you can add additional time for just $50 an hour. -We have some add-on options as well on our request forms. All prices are listed on the website and request to book forms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process to work with a customer, includes them filling out a questionnaire online which would also include the date, time, location of the party along with additional details. They can then select one of our pre-made packages, or work with us to customize a package based on size needs. Once the details are sorted out, the customer will receive a contract to sign, and submit a despite to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Business, and an MBA in Finance. I have always had a passion for having my own business.
