- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most customers choose our flat monthly membership because each member is paired with a dedicated handyman who visits twice a month to knock out your honey do lists. We also create custom home maintenance plans that we will automatically manage over 50 critical preventative maintenance tasks. We also work by the hour at $125 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free home walk-through to evaluate your to dos, and it's a great opportunity to meet your HandyPro. If you decide to become a member we will design a preventative ProCare home maintenance plan tailored to your home, and Handy Homes automatically schedules and performs it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, certified and insured. We are a licensed to repair and maintain your heating and cooling, and we include Spring and Fall HVAC services as part of our standard monthly membership (saving you at least $250), and
