We found mold in the garage of a house we were in the process of buying un Montclair NJ, and the appraiser required it to the fixed before finalizing the mortgage. We then reached out to GS mold solutions who came for a free estimate, gave us different options to remedy the issue, were flexible on timing if execution and patient with all the bureaucracy around the real estate purchasing agreement… so we hired them and couldnt be happier w the work! I added a photo of the before and after.

Gil was great from start to finish! His communication was 5 stars—he is friendly and professional. I had mold in my kitchen cabinets due to high humidity and moisture accumulation in my unit. Gil came out, inspected the problem and provided me with a detailed description of the work that needed to be done. Everything he said needed to be done was done thoroughly and he walked me through the entire process and why it needed to be done. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about the service he provided. He and his assistant worked hard to get the job completed in a timely manner. Thanks Gil.
