We found mold in the garage of a house we were in the process of buying un Montclair NJ, and the appraiser required it to the fixed before finalizing the mortgage. We then reached out to GS mold solutions who came for a free estimate, gave us different options to remedy the issue, were flexible on timing if execution and patient with all the bureaucracy around the real estate purchasing agreement… so we hired them and couldnt be happier w the work!
