FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to talk to the client about a budget that fits their reality and that is a fair value so that I can not only clean, but also organize their home and that our partnership will last for many years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first step is to talk to the client and make an appointment to see his home, understand his needs and assure him that you are there to do an excellent job in his home, because home is where our family is, our memories and show him that work will be done in which he will feel pleasure, where he can trust that we are honest people and that our only commitment is to make his home a more pleasant and cozy place for the family and friends he frequents the House .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for a company and I spent years studying each material, each product, how to give it and talk to customers, I did several training sessions with other professionals who were recommended to me and who would make me learn and be ready and prepared to care of every need of my clients.
