Due to a restricted time frame, I had to get this basement done within 2 weeks for inspection, and Lucinei made sure that happened quickly with clear communication(even with language barrier, we did not have any problem using the translator). He takes pride in his work and always communicated any potential delays or necessary design changes resulting from unexpected issues, such as outdated plumbing or electrical.
