Replaced my HVAC through DNA and glad I had gone with them. Dave was able to come and do a walk through of the replacement unit that I would need. He was up front about everything amd answered every question I had. Once I decided to go with them, the crew came to do the installation. Peter and his crew got the job finished in a timely manner which was great. After the installation was complete Alex the service manager came and did a walk through to do a final inspection.

Well, where do I start? Our HVAC units went down during the current heat wave on a Friday. Dave, who is the best salesperson I have ever met, arrived at our house the following Monday. He gave us a quote and our HVAC units (2) were installed in 2 days during the extreme heat. Tim and Franco, the technicians, worked under extreme conditions so we would not be without air conditioning for more than 2 days. Tim and Franco's work was impeccable. They were neat, polite, courteous, and professional and communicated with us throughout the installation process. Their installation of our new HVAC units was far superior to the units I replaced which were installed by a large HVAC company years ago. Dave, Dell, and Alex were always available for any questions I had from the time I initially contacted them to the completion of the project. Dave stopped by a day after the installation to make sure the installation was done correctly and to see if I had any questions. I have dealt with many service providers over the years, and I will tell you, this company is the best I have ever dealt with. DNA Heating and Cooling is a small family-run business and the quality of work and personal service provided by them is unmatched.
