Replaced my HVAC through DNA and glad I had gone with them. Dave was able to come and do a walk through of the replacement unit that I would need. He was up front about everything amd answered every question I had. Once I decided to go with them, the crew came to do the installation. Peter and his crew got the job finished in a timely manner which was great. After the installation was complete Alex the service manager came and did a walk through to do a final inspection.

I had a superlative experience with DNA. These guys are really great to deal with. Dave was outstanding from both sales and after sales perspective. First off, he was able to give me a good deal on 2 systems. He included a second smart thermostat in the price even though it wasn’t in the contract - they do not nickel and dime you! After the install, he came in to check if everything was running smoothly and then followed up by sending his crew on the weekend to ensure proper cooling. Dave was not only professional but a pleasure to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Bottomline - I highly recommend DNA and can’t praise them enough!
