- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We need to evaluate the job and ask questions prior to giving a quote- we don't do any pre-notice about pricing anywhere.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with them and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently price , we will quote over the phone or the Thumbtack message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have had my own HVAC company for 15 years and been involved in general contracting for building homes for the last 10 years, so we have completed many drywall repair jobs in that time.
