We hired consultation with them to repair an older chimney which top needed masonry repair which prevented us from using it. The quoted the job only after throughly looking at the chimney, could right away tell the passion and attention to detail allocated to quoting the job. This was our third quote, the other ones did not even care to go to the roof to validate the job and properly asses the repair need. 1 prior quote had told us that the liner needed to go. In any case the liner turned out to be in great shape and the repair cost was in line with our budget. The great experience led to having them tackle a separate job we had in line (roof replacement) job which proved once more the quality,responsiveness and reliability expert craftsmanship the company provided.

The High Standard Construction Team lives up to their name! They did an excellent job sealing the foundation of my house along with fixing my patio and adding a beautiful new fire pit patio. Vinny and his crew worked hard to ensure that the details were attended to and no stone was left behind. At the end of the day they did an excellent job and they’re really nice people to deal with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all the projects are different, we provide free estimates for all the possible costumers who need a quote for their project. Military Discount: 10% Elderly Discount: 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the lead, I contact the costumers to set up an appointment so I can inspect and accurately give them a free estimate. If the costumers agrees to proceed with doing the project, we sign the contract and decide for a date that we start and finish the project. When the project is finished the costumer and I inspect the job and sign the end of the contract.
