Fast, efficient, respectful, responsive experts!!! I can’t say enough about how important a fast response and solution is needed during a rain storm. The assessment process was thorough and the estimate was competitive. They repaired my roof leaking into my daughter’s room temporarily during a massive rain storm then permanently fixed the next morning. Such a relief. Highly recommend (and I am a serious critic).

Working with Vinnie was a great experience. First of all he responded immediately to my request. Second, he was prompt on site the following morning and provided the estimate. Finally he was on the dot and delivered high quality job on budget. He also took care of some additional repairs with minimal charges since the work-force was already on site. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all the projects are different, we provide free estimates for all the possible costumers who need a quote for their project. Military Discount: 10% Elderly Discount: 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the lead, I contact the costumers to set up an appointment so I can inspect and accurately give them a free estimate. If the costumers agrees to proceed with doing the project, we sign the contract and decide for a date that we start and finish the project. When the project is finished the costumer and I inspect the job and sign the end of the contract.
