Vinnie called me in response to my thumbtack inquiry. We spoke for 15 minutes, and he scheduled a visit to my house the following day. He inspected the boiler vent, climbed up to the roof, checked out the chimney cap, etc. He then opined that a liner would be required, and explained in detail about what he would do. He did not rush through this, gave me a quote and I agreed to getting this work done right on the spot. I did not take time to decide because I was convinced he was the person I’d like to do business with. He came back with his crew 2 days later, and completed the work in a couple of hours. Vinnie has a pleasant demeanour, and I’d highly recommend his services if you’re looking to get your chimney work done.

Vinnie is just great. While my requirement was much smaller ( for somone to come in to check my flue liner for the hvac and boiler), he was really responsive (in a minute), said he would stop by after work. He quickly checked and educated me and he left with a handshake. The flue was clean as a whistle! While I didn’t hire him for a bigger job, I really think this is a true professional who knows his work!

Fast, efficient, respectful, responsive experts!!! I can’t say enough about how important a fast response and solution is needed during a rain storm. The assessment process was thorough and the estimate was competitive. They repaired my roof leaking into my daughter’s room temporarily during a massive rain storm then permanently fixed the next morning. Such a relief. Highly recommend (and I am a serious critic).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all the projects are different, we provide free estimates for all the possible costumers who need a quote for their project. Military Discount: 10% Elderly Discount: 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the lead, I contact the costumers to set up an appointment so I can inspect and accurately give them a free estimate. If the costumers agrees to proceed with doing the project, we sign the contract and decide for a date that we start and finish the project. When the project is finished the costumer and I inspect the job and sign the end of the contract.
