- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your specific cleaning needs, preferences, and any particular areas of focus. We’ll walk through your space (in person or virtually) to ensure we understand your expectations. Next, we schedule a deep cleaning as a starting service to bring your space to a high standard. If you're interested in ongoing cleanings, we can then establish a regular schedule—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—based on your needs. During our visits, we check in to make sure you're completely satisfied and make any necessary adjustments to meet your preferences. Communication is key for us, so we're always open to feedback.
