Introduction

For 20+ years I have customized fitness and wellness programs to achieve clients’ goals and aspirations. We start where your fitness level is, and evolve toward where you want to be. I incorporate strength training, mat Pilates (reformer only if you own one,) core training, stability/balance, flexibility/stretch, and rehabilitation. LJ is just simply the best. We have been training virtually for about 2 years now. She is always brining fresh, new workouts so I never get bored. She has eagle eyes and corrects my form all the time. It’s like we are together but I get to roll out of bed 10 minutes before!
