- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We need to evaluate the job and ask questions prior to giving a quote- we don't do any pre-notice about pricing anywhere.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with them and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently price , we will quote over the phone or the Thumbtack message.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many of our techs started after observing family members and friends that are in this industry. From those starting points, interest turned into formalized training as well as The Patch Boys Company offers additional training. Our training is specific to our customers expectations and the seamless process we like to display.
