- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee depends on the type of appraisals the clients want. Different type of appraisals such as full appraisal (interior & exterior SFRs), interior only, exterior only, Small Income/Multi Unit Family-2-4 units, multi unit/SFR interior, Land, Dropbys, Appraisal with REO, Small Residential Income Property Appraisal, Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving client inquiries, I promptly initiate communication to determine the nature of their properties and ascertain whether they fall within my service area. If they meet the qualifications, I provide them with a quote for the appraisal fee. We then proceed to schedule an inspection date and time, while also informing them that the appraisal report will be delivered via email within 2-3 days after the inspection. Additionally, I discuss the accepted modes of payment for their convenience. To ensure smooth coordination, I send a text reminder on the day of the inspection, serving as a helpful prompt for the clients to be present at the property during the inspection. Alternatively, if the clients are unable to attend, I kindly request that a family member aged 18 years or older is present during the inspection. Rest assured, I prioritize effective communication and client engagement throughout the entire appraisal process.
