- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Pricing is difficult on a system Over the Phone it all depends on the needs of the customer and the water issues that they may have. WE are not the cheapest nor the most expensive we are Fair, Honest and pride ourselves on our Integrity and Reputation. ** We are known to be one of the most reasonable for service calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**A phone conversation to see what they are looking for and what issues are they having. Most importantly what is their expectations and their end goal. Then we set up an appointment to meet the consumer, test the water and review where the system will be put and ensure that all the necessary things ...electric, water drainage and so on are in place for the consumer. **We are here to work with the Customer and Solve their problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 Plus Years in the industry with Residental and Commerical properties...experience is priceless. Our team is always taking some type of continuing education to stay current in the industry.
