- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with other quality pest control firms. We strive to do the job properly and stand behind our warranty. If a customer needs dditional service we schedule it and don't make excuses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do an initial free inspection to identfy the pest and the level of infestation. We can then explain in detail our treatment recommendations and processes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been in the business for 40 years with yearly training classes for himself and his techs. We are members of the New Jersey Pest Control Association and the National Pest Control Association.
