Hi Nicole, I appreciate your feedback and take all client concerns seriously. I strive to accommodate clients by offering a transparent calendar with hours listed in any booking links I share. I offer options to cancel and reschedule as needed as well. I also accommodate my clients with hours outside of my business hours to the best of my ability as a busy mom of two school-aged children with busy after-school schedules, which I'm also very open and honest about during initial calls with clients. While I maintain structured office hours to balance my family commitments, I respond to all client emails within 24 hours or on my next business day. You recently reached out to me while I was on vacation with my family for the Christmas holiday. I apologize if my out-of-office did not get to you. In addition, you contacted me about a billing issue on a Friday evening after business hours. You were charged through my secure billing platform, Stripe, and wanted to cancel my services. I refunded your money the next day after receiving your email, even without the required 30-day written notice. My financial plans are customized based on the client's specific income, expenses, and goals discussed during our sessions. For some clients, the realities of their financial situations can be challenging, but as a coach, I cannot control whether the budget is difficult.
