Ali from Lodi Handyman Pro was great! He arrived on time, installed two bidet attachments for us and had the cheapest quote. He made sure that the bidet and the toilet seat were securely attached before completing the job.

Their service was excellent. I hired them for a sump pump replacement. They finish the job with a lot of patience and it was done to perfection. The sump pump that I got from Home Depot was faulty and the technician figured out the issue and went and bought a new one and and installed. Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. I would hire them again.

We truly appreciate every customer contacting us, for this reason we make sure to give everyone the best prices and make sure to work at our best. We usually give discounts when the customer had multiple jobs, it all depends on the projects they have. We don't like giving different prices to different costumers, for this reason we usually have standard prices for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there are pictures that can clearly help us, we provide estimate of the job within the same day. In cases when we need to check the job, we provide a free estimate, we go and check to make sure what the customer is requesting and after that we sent the quote out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We originally studied related to what we do and after that we have worked for many years in this business so we are at a point where we are very confident about the job we do. We do our best so the customer is highly satisfied.
