I took a chance on Vlad for my kitchen revamp, and I’m glad I did. Vlad stuck to his timeline, and did an excellent job. He has a crew, he’s not a one-man show, and they are all experts in what they do. Vlad himself is hands-on with all aspects of the work from electrical to plumbing, flooring, painting, etc. He also stopped by for touch-ups long after the project was completed. That’s what differentiates a professional from a handyman. I will hire him again for other projects I need to do in my house. And Vlad is easy to work with too.

Vlad did a great job painting our family room. We then hired him to install lattice around the base of our deck and he did a great job with that as well. Next he will be doing our 1/2 bathroom. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Vlad was able to provide an estimate quickly and kept to the numbers he gave. He also showed up at the promised time, and within 10 minutes was at work. Was very happy to finally have my stairwell painted and lights installed (and am now much closer to making my new house feel more like mine)!

Vlad responded to my request for a quote to paint my living room within hours of my request. He made himself available for a phone conversation and we were able to set a date the same day I submitted my request for bids. Vlad was able to work around my schedule and was punctual. Vlad also was able to trouble shoot and resolve some unexpected issues. Vlad left the site clean and organized. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depends on the size of project (or square feet). I will be able to send you approximate quote when I will know what needs to be done. I am always open for negotiating with customer, so just let me know what repairs you need, and we can discuss price. Prices do not include materials, please, keep that in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I am giving a free approximate estimate via text message or call, it saves mine and yours free time. As soon as you will let me know that price works for you, we will schedule a day to starts repairs, and I will et you know approximate timing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have more than 8 years of exterior and interior construction experience, and I do believe that experience, and customers feedback talks to itself.
