Vlad and his team are fantastic. They tackled an entire bathroom and kitchen renovation in 5 weeks, and even moved walls, doorways, lighting, and added on some additional projects that we hadn't originally thought we would do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depends on the size of project (or square feet). I will be able to send you approximate quote when I will know what needs to be done. I am always open for negotiating with customer, so just let me know what repairs you need, and we can discuss price. Prices do not include materials, please, keep that in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I am giving a free approximate estimate via text message or call, it saves mine and yours free time. As soon as you will let me know that price works for you, we will schedule a day to starts repairs, and I will et you know approximate timing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have more than 8 years of exterior and interior construction experience, and I do believe that experience, and customers feedback talks to itself.
