Not only was the service provided exceptional with a quick response time, the customer service was outstanding as well. Dave and Kellen were more than a pleasure to work with. I had plumbers damage my basement including a finished room with sewage water and from the first phone call to Dave, the service provided was outstanding. Dave, Kellen, and the team were very compassionate and kind during a very stressful time.

A friend recommended Advanced Restoration after my shop flooded from a storm on July 4th. They came right out and carefully moved around the product in my shop themselves, drying out the space and providing a thorough assessment. They arranged to have the new flooring installed for me and made it super simple. They were SO patient when I had to cancel and reschedule due to some logistical issues, and even installed the floor while I was out of town! I came back to a perfectly restored shop. As a woman business owner I was really pleased to work with respectful, friendly, fair people. Thank you so much!! You saved the day!

On August 21, 2021, we had a house fire. On the scene I met Dave C. Who was the calmest, yet compassionate person ever. He explained everything we needed to know at the time and the next steps... This information was free and very helpful. Because of his demeanor we decided to hire the company to restore our house. Within minutes someone was there to board up the home and help us gather items needed for the night. Dave even told us how to wash our clothes to remove the smoke smell. From there, Eric C. (he was compassionate, respectful, and detailed) did the walk through with the insurance company to make sure we were not being cheated. After Dave C. informed us of partnering companies to help with laundry and electronics... Another plus! Normally, ARG would clean, we wanted too to help with our therapeutic process. Dave C. ordered the dumpsters and provided muscle once we were done. That whole "clean up" team was OUTSTANDING!!!!! From there we met Kellen MG., who did all the paperwork and payments from the beginning to the end! (She was another one who down to earth, understanding, and compassionate) We met Evan L. who over saw the project, rebuild and remodel. Another one was outstanding!!!! From there we we met Chris F. who was the site leader (to me), he was another one, who was efficient, respectful, and compassionate. Not only did they all have these great attributes, but they were all real and honest. Much needed! (Due to Covid-19 it was explained that there will be delays) Fast forward to December 12, 2022 when the house was complete and we move in. Everything we wanted we received! Besides moving back into our "new" home, we, now, have added to our extended family!

I discovered water damage in my daughter's bedroom walls caused by improper flashing on my roof/chimney as well as a leak in my kitchen over the window. The company my insurance recommended did not do a thorough estimate and never returned my calls to set up the work for repairs. I started calling other companies and no one wanted to take on a relatively small job. Then, I found and contacted Advanced Restoration Group. They showed up quickly, worked seamlessly with my insurance (USAA) company and provided a thorough estimate which included removal of black mold. They removed and dried all the damage/mold and it only took a couple days (normal).I was informed that the rebuild portion of the work generally takes longer than normal due to a shortage of employees & increase in work since the pandemic began. But, Kevin and Dave went above and beyond to expedite the work so that my 13 yr old daughter could get back into her bedroom! Everyone on the team from the gentlemen doing the rebuild to the gentlemen and lady that did the painting did a superb job and were always polite and professional! I tend to have high expectations, even when it's my insurance footing the bill, and ARG exceeded those expectations. I highly recommend them.
