Cant say enough wonderful things about Russ and RDC Restoration!! This was 4th time we dealt with him/RDC and their standards and professionalism remain top tier!! We called Russ on a Sunday and he immediately answered the call personally. He fit us in for the next morning (he would have come the day we called but we told him to come the next day). Russ was so knowledgeable and honest. Because of his educating us in the past on how to start mitigating we were able to avoid a costly remediation. Russ is on my speed dial and I highly recommend him to everyone I know. Work is done to the highest standards, everyone is professional and everyone is extremely responsive and conscientious!!!

I worked with Tucker of RDC Restoration under a tight deadline to analyze a possible mold situation at my home. Tucker was very responsive and flexible. He understood the necessity of moving ahead quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely work with him again.

From the beginning this was a very positive interaction. I was worried about black mold in our house. My phone call was answered promptly by a "human", Russell. He made an appointment to come to our house a few days in the future and showed up promptly. He handled the situation professionally and with humor to put me at ease. The scientific testing was well worth the money as it demonstrated that in this case no remediation was needed. He could have up selled me into remediation, but rather gave us common sense ways of handling the situation. I would highly recommend RDC Restoration.
