From the beginning this was a very positive interaction. I was worried about black mold in our house. My phone call was answered promptly by a "human", Russell. He made an appointment to come to our house a few days in the future and showed up promptly. He handled the situation professionally and with humor to put me at ease. The scientific testing was well worth the money as it demonstrated that in this case no remediation was needed. He could have up selled me into remediation, but rather gave us common sense ways of handling the situation. I would highly recommend RDC Restoration.

The whole team at RDC was amazing to work with from start to finish. We had them install a French drain system in our basement. They were one of the best priced of the quotes we received and got it done efficiently and cleanly in a day. We havent had any issues related to the system since it being installed and our basement has been bone dry. Tucker has been so helpful and they went out of their way to help when we had other stuff going on with our home. Quick to respond and they treat us like family. Their customer service is above and beyond and they will be our first call if we have anything in the future or for friends and family. Tucker and the whole team are extremely honest about what may be necessary and what isnt, to save where we can but also ensure a high quality solution. Highly recommend!
