- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost there are no hidden fees. All stain, deodorizing and spot treatments will be at NO EXTRA cost to any customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer includes the initial contact with the customer, a consultation to discuss the customer's needs, an assessment of the carpet cleaning needs and a proposal with a cost estimate. After the customer agrees to the proposal, we will schedule a date for the cleaning service to perform the cleaning. We will arrive on the scheduled date and time, perform the cleaning and make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before leaving.

I have over 10 years experience in this field. Having the opportunity to work with various companies in the past has now enabled me to provide the best experience possible.
