I’ve used Gold Standard Carpet Cleaning Service to clean my carpet last spring ‘22. I forgot about giving his business a 5 star review. The gentleman who owns this business was a professional, got my carpet so clean(I live down the beach) and showed up at home in a very timely manner. I’m hoping to make appointment for this April. I hope you are still in business.

My experience with Gold Standard Carpet Cleaning was excellent! Alix arrived within the provided timeframe and got right to work! He was prepared with all of the necessary tools, water, etc. to complete the job. He even recognized that my area rug in addition, to my sofa and chairs needed some extra love, and he took care of it. We didn’t have any real stains on our items, just dust from construction work. And, we wanted a general refresh of our sofa. Alix moved quickly and was done within an hour. I highly recommend Gold Standard and would use them again.

First and foremost there are no hidden fees. All stain, deodorizing and spot treatments will be at NO EXTRA cost to any customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer includes the initial contact with the customer, a consultation to discuss the customer's needs, an assessment of the carpet cleaning needs and a proposal with a cost estimate. After the customer agrees to the proposal, we will schedule a date for the cleaning service to perform the cleaning. We will arrive on the scheduled date and time, perform the cleaning and make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in this field. Having the opportunity to work with various companies in the past has now enabled me to provide the best experience possible.
