Introduction
My services include: × Malware/Spyware/Virus/Rootkit/Adware Removal (Flat-rate service) × Recovery/Backup of Lost Data (Local customers only, sorry!) × Troubleshooting errors or issues with software/hardware × System Optimization × Hardware Installation (Local customers only, sorry!) × Consultation and Assembly of New Hardware If you have questions or concerns or want 2nd opinions, feel free to message me. ____________________________________________ Most technicians will try to sell you unnecessary or useless software or try to sell you an upgrade. If a job requires installation of software, I will always attempt to use something that is free or open source. I will never try to sell you hardware unless I truly think it's required or would be cheaper in the long run. ____________________________________________ For those customers that are not local, I offer remote assistance for software and malware/virus issues. This allows me to view your desktop and control the keyboard and mouse temporarily. I find this convenient since, your computer doesn't leave your home and you're able to watch me as I work for peace of mind. The software I use, called TeamViewer doesn't need to be installed and is incredibly easy to use. All you need to do is run it and it generates a user id and password once it opens. Every time you run the program, it randomly generates a new password. This user id and password is what I use to connect to your computer.

Tyler was very professional & courteous. He was able to use remote access and effectively restore everything I'd lost or messed up and my computer is working great now! I highly recommend Tyler, he even made me feel better about my lack of computer knowledge! I would definitely use him again.

Worked nearly 9 hours vía remote. Very thorough at what seemed to be a rather simple and easy fix. Ended up being much more complex. Also checked second laptop and fine tuned it. So far so good, both running like new. Thanks again....

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, I am currently taking certification tests for CompTIA, Cisco, MSDN. As well as studying topics not covered in any sort of certificate test.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

For almost a decade, I've been interested in all things related to computers. I started off a bit late using Windows 95 when I was a child and from there I started learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot simple problems within the operating system. Around when Windows XP came out, I started tinkering with the internals of a system. I learned how to dis/re-assemble a PC which lead me to go on and learn how to replace and upgrade components as well as diagnose hardware issues.
