Grago and his team were timely and worked efficiently to prep and load my piano. Once they arrived at the new location, they had a little trouble moving the piano to the location on the 2nd floor landing. There were 12 carpeted stairs. While moving the piano up the stairs , they punctured a hole in my wall. Nothing was said until I mentioned it although everyone knew it happened.
As I was counting out cash to pay for my job, I said "did you notice that you punctured a hole in my wall."
One of the gentleman said "oh you can just put some plaster and paint on that. No problem. "
I said "I did not expect you to puncture a hole in my wall."
Finally, Grago apologized.
They accomplished the task but the damage and the excuses about the damage cost them a tip and higher rating.
