Erick helped me did total rehab work for a 100 years old house. He reframed off leveled floor, reframed walls, windows, rebuilt stairs, bathrooms, and basement according to engineer’s blue prints. He rebuilt porch, as well as rebuilt dry walls, ceilings, etc. Erick is very good at framing, carpentry, masonry, even plumbing work, etc. Finally we sold this house with very good price. I strongly recommend him for all the work around your house. He is also a pleasant fellow to work with.

I was impressed with Exclusive Quality Construction's professionalism and customer service. Our family had a house leak from the second floor to the garage, which required alot of work!! Erick was very transparent about what’s needed and his time line. Living at home while the construction was happening wasn’t so bad. As they kept the house clean at the end of each day. Left areas accessible for our daily use. Highly recommend!

This company is great. They did what they promised to complete in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and even suggested different ideas while they were working on the project. They did alot of work for us in our kitchen. The overall experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend them.
