1. Scheduling an appointment. 2. A walk through the property while discussing the project, helping the costumer with some ideeas from our professional experience and explaining how the work would be done. 3. Sending an invoice/waiting for approval. 4. If approved an installation appointment would be scheduled.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The first thing I would do as a costumer looking for a home security provider would be making sure the provider can prove that he can do work in a nicely and professional manner. Second I'd take quotes from at least 2 providers to compare the quotes.
