We offer our thorough rug cleaning service for $3.99 per Sq Ft. with a minimum flat rate of $149 for small rugs. This includes FREE pick up and delivery. Your rug will be dusted, shampooed, sanitized, deodorized & vacuumed.

When hiring a provider for rug cleaning, it's important to choose someone who understands that area rugs and wall-to-wall carpets require different care. Rugs like oriental, wool, or silk should be cleaned with shampooing, as steam cleaning can damage them, much like how a sweater might shrink in the dryer. Look for a provider who uses a thorough process, including dusting, stain care, shampooing, sanitizing, drying, vacuuming, an overview, and deodorizing, to ensure a gentle and effective clean tailored to your rug’s needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Do they specialize in rug or carpet cleaning? Pricing should differ, as the cleaning processes for rugs and carpets are very distinct and require different techniques and care. 2. How well do they handle stains or odors? Understand what to expect: Tufted rugs may not fully eliminate pet odors, and stains can be tricky. Sometimes, stains may become more visible after cleaning as the rug returns to its lighter, cleaner color. 3. What are your time frame expectations? If you are hosting, moving, or renovating, keep in mind that rug cleaning can be affected by drying time, stain removal, and pickup and delivery schedules. Be sure to discuss your timeline in advance.
