I needed to replace my beautiful bold Airbnb rug that I found at Restore and I lucked out after several visits and found the same one but even though they were new rugs, it had a big hole towards the end. My excitement was crushed!I googled rug repair and found National Rug Cleaners and noticed the wonderful reviews. I was so glad they were able to cut it and reseam the cut side. They made it look like new and I couldnt be happier! I ended up with a $1500 rug for a couple hundred. They waited for me to bring the rug the day I called so it would be sent off that day. Ema was great at communicating when it was ready and the owner, Leo, checked to see what time I was coming to pick it up, because he knew it was just me, and he wanted to be there to load it for me. They consider every aspect of what makes their customers experience go well. I will definitely be bringing the rugs back for cleaning and whenever I need another miracle!

Wow! Blown away, rug looks brand new. I got a cleaning and a refringe. Excellent service, Dan and Emma were both so professional and kind. This is a rug that belonged to my grandmother, so I was wary about sending it anywhere, but I will trust this team with it every time now, they did an outstanding job.
