- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One things all customers should know about our pricing is that is one of the most competitive in the market right now, is one of the few offering discounts, we give refunds to customers who qualify for it. Processing fee applies. (DO NOT CONTACT IF INTENTIONS ARE; "Shopping around, Not serious about hiring, Etc) Customer have the option to see prices before contacting pros, Business owner will be charged per every conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers is easy, straightforward, and simple as; We ask for a picture of what the item/s looks like, We send our quote, the customer and I coordinate on a date for a visit, the visit gets scheduled and we will go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had a lot of training and watching over the years, my first project was to paint the living room of my house. I am also getting a training certificate very soon!
