- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Referring clients results in other types of discounts. We love 💕 giving back wherever we can, we offer 15% off for Military Veterans. We will work with most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. "View" the space via images, videos, Google Duo/Zoom virtual consultation, or $50 onsite consultation 2. Submit quote or proposal 3. Schedule service appointment 4. Accept deposit / payment 5. Complete service 6. Accept final payment (or invoice as noted in the reoccurring service contract)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm all about education and training; however, it is truly all about the skills, trustworthiness, attention to details, and the execution of the task. Our clients trust us to take care of their spaces, know that we will adhere to opening and lock up protocols, leave money and other valuables in its place and raise awareness of any imperfections (eg blown lightbulb, loose entry door knobs, low inventory, etc).
