Kirk did a great job. He explained all the issues and replaced the ignition unit. I would definitely call them back if another issue arose on one of our appliances.

The entire process was swift and smooth sailing from the initial phone call with Latanya to Kirk fixing my dryer.Office support coordinator, Latanya was very sweet, patient and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about the company, walked me through the process and updated me every step of the way.My technician, Kirk was extremely knowledgeable of my defective dryer.
