Excellent service and very quick response. My oven stopped working for over two months. My warranty company had the claim open for 2 months and still couldn’t get the job done. I called Master Appliance Repair, they came and repaired my oven that same day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put forward the democratic cost of the diagnostic fee which is only $75 for residential appliances and $120 for AC/HVAC and commercial appliances. The diagnostic fee will be included in the cost of labor. We also provide favourable warranty conditions - up to 1 year for parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've found us - we schedule an appointment, come by to diagnose the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue afterwards.
