Very un-professional. Requested for a roof repair. He didn't even notice the second layer of roof(when he took the estimate first day), until he started the work, and asked me additional price to repair. In a week, new leak started appearing/ new places. See images below. Very unresponsive to my texts, messages. Now it's 3 weeks since I noticed him about the new problem, and he has not come and took a look.
