So my drain problem I didn’t know what to do and this was my first time trying this app out, I saw Rami company and sent a message and he called within 3mins and said I can come next day. He came on time and was super friendly and saw my sink and knew exactly what the problem was. I ask so many questions and he broke it down one by one, don’t be afraid to ask questions he’s super knowledgeable and will guide you thru the problem and give a solution. I asked him about his experience and having 15+ years with his family doing amazing work was cool. Definitely give him a shot, I will be booking him again for my next project.
