- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe, they are fair. if it goes a bit higher or low , I explain why .over all I love going out my way to see a satisfied customer , just builds trust and great relationships
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers, are always welcome , but I don't skip old customers, for new, i create an appt list. it keeps me in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i attend siminar at home depot , gives great ideas , so that i can pass onto the customers , helps when customer ask . otherwise in my line of business , it's pretty much common sense , first impression is your last.
