I booked Yums For the Soul for a romantic surprise anniversary dinner (bae didn’t know our “dinner reservations” were at home!). I wanted to have an upscale dining experience in the comfort of our home and Chef Lamont more than delivered. I chose our menu from an extensive selection of appealing choices and the food was AMAZING. The plating was attractive and creative and it tasted even better than it looked. The dessert course was just as tasty and beautifully presented as the dinner. We ate until we were stuffed…and when I went in the kitchen, it was cleaner than when he started cooking. We had originally planned to go back to the Highlawn Pavilion where we had our first date, but honestly I’m so glad we didn’t. Chef Lamont’s food was better! Chef Lamont collaborated with me to create a memorable surprise that put a huge smile on my sweetheart’s face. We have a priceless memory of an exceptional experience as part of our first anniversary. Thank you so much, Chef! Do you cater weddings? 😉
