OMG, where to begin! I had never before worked with a designer, feeling too intimidated and fearful that a designer would want to redo everything, and be hyper critical of what I have. Al is the opposite - he is a delight to work with and is willing to do projects big and small, as well as to made meaning suggestions of "pick me ups" that can totally transform a room without breaking the bank. Over the years I've done big and small projects with Al, and each has been hugely successful and has that designer touch without feeling "overdone". Most of all I do not feel intimidated, feel I'm working with a friend who happens to have excellent taste! Al helps me see what items I have that NEED NOT be replaced, and is exceedingly practical. Al is a treasure, and I highly recommend working with him.

Al is a rare talent in design. He has a clear vision for your space and works with you to make your room “you”. Al is not pushy and welcomes and expects your input! If you need help with paint color, room design , or furniture selection, Al should be your first choice!

Our den was demolished due to water damage! We called upon Al to re-do the entire room. He supervised the contractor; he aided me in the selection of new carpeting and new furniture; and he hung all of our paintings. He turned our "damaged" room into my favorite room in the house. Al is just an exceptional person to work with. He has patience of a "saint."

I meet with new clients at their home for a free 30 consultation . Review their needs and idea's . Then the process of design development begins.
