- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure includes three tiers: - Small Jobs: $100 per hour for tasks lasting up to 2 hours. - Medium Complexity Projects: $80 per hour for tasks lasting up to 5 hours. - Custom Projects: Pricing is determined based on the scope and volume of work, negotiated independently of time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
May include the following stages: Initiation and Planning: Discussing project or service requirements, defining goals and timelines, signing contracts or agreements. Execution of Work: Carrying out tasks according to agreed-upon requirements and plan, providing regular updates to the client on progress. Feedback and Adjustment: Giving the client opportunities to provide feedback throughout the process, making adjustments as necessary. Completion and Evaluation: Concluding the project or service, evaluating the work completed in collaboration with the client, discussing further collaboration opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in engineering, which provides me with a strong foundation in engineering principles and methodologies. This academic background is complemented by extensive practical experience working with a wide range of equipment and complex mechanisms. Over the years, I have developed advanced skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization, even in challenging environments. By combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on expertise, I deliver efficient, effective solutions tailored to each project’s unique requirements.
