- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for the service has two tiers: The first option is $65 per hour for small jobs up to 8 hours. The second option is based on the volume of work completed and is negotiated independently of the time taken. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
May include the following stages: Initiation and Planning: Discussing project or service requirements, defining goals and timelines, signing contracts or agreements. Execution of Work: Carrying out tasks according to agreed-upon requirements and plan, providing regular updates to the client on progress. Feedback and Adjustment: Giving the client opportunities to provide feedback throughout the process, making adjustments as necessary. Completion and Evaluation: Concluding the project or service, evaluating the work completed in collaboration with the client, discussing further collaboration opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a solid educational background as an engineer, holding Master's degree from Maritime academy. This academic foundation has equipped me with a deep understanding of engineering principles and methodologies, which I apply directly to my work. In addition to my formal education, I have accumulated extensive practical experience working with various types of equipment and complex mechanisms. This hands-on experience has honed my skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimizing performance in challenging environments. Together, my education and hands-on experience enable me to approach projects with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
